Commissioned by the great team at FRAME. Project was to produce hero images featuring Scotrail’s new 385 Class hybrid trains.
Shot at dusk on the longest day at the Hatachi plant test facility in Sunderland.
Each train had to be meticulously retouched to remove imperfections and dirt, stickers, reflections and new livery had to be added.
We had to create new background bases for them to be placed on. Lastly all the motion effects were added. and handed versions were made.
The job was supplied as supersize canvases in toolkit form, with layered files that gave options of skies, platform, motion effects, lights and OH lines. Enabling Scotrail to use them in many different forms and media uses.
